Dr. Rachel E. Pickworth
Dr. Rachel E. Pickworth is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and specializes in the treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), as well as General Dentistry.
Her mission is to serve your family with the most advanced dental care available today. Advanced Dental of Holmdel, led by Dr. Pickworth, offers comprehensive dental care and Oral Sleep Apnea solutions for the entire family with the very latest modern equipment.
Dr. Pickworth provides high quality and effective treatment with kindness, courtesy, and patience in a friendly environment. Our office offers general dentistry services, preventive dentistry, cosmetic and restorative care, as well as dental sleep medicine.
She is an active member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, Monmouth/Ocean County Dental Society, The American Sleep and Breathing Academy (ASBA), The New Jersey Sleep Society, and The American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (ABDSM). Dr. Pickworth takes continuing education very seriously as it allows her to stay current with all the latest treatments and technologies.

Dr. Pickworth trained at The Royal London and St. Bartholomew’s School of Medicine and Dentistry and in 2000 was awarded a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) in London, England. She then worked in a general dental practice for several years before moving to the United States. Dr. Pickworth attended The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and obtained a D.M.D. degree in 2005. Dr. Pickworth practiced general dentistry in South Jersey until she opened her own private practice, Advanced Dental of Holmdel, in 2017. She has been practicing general dentistry for over 20 years.
Dr. Rachel E. Pickworth is known for making sure that each patient feels comfortable in a warm and pleasant environment. Along with her great skill set and experience, she specializes in Sleep Medicine and makes it her utmost priority to ensure that the staff that works alongside her has the same goal in providing the best and the most compassionate patient care possible.
When not practicing sleep medicine and dentistry, Dr. Pickworth enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children, cooking and swimming.
Dr. Yostina Kaldas
Dr. Yostina Kaldas is highly proficient in all areas of general dentistry including extractions, implant dentistry, pediatrics, and prosthetics. She has expanded her practice to provide Invisalign to straighten teeth, obtained her certification in administering BOTOX™, and is authorized to place dermal fillers for a more beautiful smile. Dr. Kaldas aims to provide personalized compassionate care to her patients of all ages. She is a firm believer in educating her patients on all treatment and procedures, not only to assure all questions are answered, but to assure every patient is comfortable with their personalized treatment plan.
Dr. Kaldas graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Sport Studies from Rutgers University. She then continued to Rutgers Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences to achieve her Masters in Biomedical Sciences. As a graduate from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Kaldas obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree (D.M.D).
Dr. Kaldas is a Member of the American Dental Association and a volunteer with Give Kids a Smile. In her spare time Dr. Kaldas loves to spend time decorating, crafting and relaxing with her family and friends.
